  • CanScreen is winding down and is no longer accepting new referrals or new screening bookings. Appointments are now limited to existing CanScreen patients who require follow-up, and follow-up services will end on July 1, 2026.

  • CanScreen is dedicated exclusively to cancer screening and related follow-up already initiated through the service. We do not provide longitudinal primary care, general medical services, walk-in appointments, or ICBC or WorkSafe assessments. If you need care unrelated to CanScreen follow-up, please contact your primary care provider, a local walk-in clinic, or review Medimap. In an emergency, call 9-1-1.

  • If you have new symptoms that could suggest a possible cancer, please seek timely medical assessment through your usual care provider, walk-in clinic, urgent care, or emergency services as appropriate.

  • Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, may incur a $30 no-show fee.

  • If you selected a phone appointment, please ensure your phone accepts blocked calls, as our physicians may call from a blocked or private number.
